Kekacauan program pembangunan Ibu Kota Negara IKN
TIRANITOTALITAS Jakarta- Dalam pembangunan Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) yang disebut Ibu Kota Nusantara menunjukkan kacaunya rencana pembangunan itu. Belum lagi oleh indikasi berulang kalinya UU IKN yang perlu direvisi, sehingga menghabisi anggaran yang tidak sedikit.
Menyebut istilah Ibu Kota Nusantara secara berulang-ulang itu dalam Laman Resmi Presiden Republik Indonesia www.presiden.go.id.
sungguh sangat fatal, karena artinya Indonesia bisa disalah pahami telah berganti nama menjadi Nusantara, sehingga implikasi dari pergantian nama itu sangat luas, tidak cuma sebatas politik, ekonomi, budaya bahkan dalam bidang kehidupan bangsa Indonesia yang harus dirubah jadi bangsa Nusantara.
Sebab dalam historisnya Nusantara itu terdiri dari berbagai Suku Bangsa yang baru kemudian pada tahun 1945 resmi memproklamirkan diri sebagai bangsa Indonesia yang bersatu dan merdeka.
Laman Resmi Presiden yang memuat seluruh pemberitaan tentang aktivitas dan kegiatan Presiden Joko Widodo seperti saat meninjau pembangunan Istana Presiden di IKN yang disebut Ibu Kota Nusantara di Penajam Paser Utara, Kalimantan Timur, pada hari Jum’at 22 September 2023.
Demikian juga dengan release berita tentang Presiden Jokowi Pasang Bilah Pertama Garuda di Kantor Presiden IKN juga menyebut Ibu Kota Nusantara.
Jika pun kelak nama daerah dari lokasi Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) itu diubah dari Penajam Paser Utara, Kalimantan Timur menjadi Nusantara, bisa saja sekedar untuk meresmikan pemberian nama baru itu dengan membuat nasi kuning berikut do’a bersama warga masyarakat setempat.
Tetapi lain ceritanya kalau hendak mengubah nama Indonesia menjadi Nusantara agar daya magis para leluhur semasa kerajaan di Nusantara dahulu dapat tersublimasi ke dalam jiwa dan raga bangsa Indonesia yang juga sakti dan mandraguna untuk menghadapi fenomena invasi bangsa asing untuk kembali menguasai negeri kita ini.
Dalam berbagai dokumen resmi pemerintah, setidaknya UU No. Tahun 2022 masih menyebut Ibu Kota Negara sampai waktu rapat Revisi Pembahasan UU IKN bersama Ketua Komite I DPD RI yang mengingatkan agar biaya pembangunan IKN tidak membebani APBN dan Jangan Berorientasi pada utang luar negeri.
Kecuali itu, Ketua DPD RI berpandangan bahwa pembangunan dan penyelenggaraan IKN tidak boleh menciptakan swastanisasi besar-besaran yang bisa membahayakan eksistensi pemerintah sebagai representasi Negara yang harus menjamin wilayah dan masyarakat.
Realitasnya, meski pada 18 September 2023 Tempo.Co sudah menurunkan laporan sejumlah taipan yang menjadi anggota konsorsium Agung Sedayu Grup (ASG) yang diketuai Sugianto Kusuma alias Aguan untuk sejumlah proyek di IKN itu.
Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara pada Tahun Anggaran 2023 yang disampaikan dalam rapat bersama Badan Anggaran DPR RI pada Senin, 18 September 2023, juga menyebutkan namanya Ibu Kota Nusantara dalam presentasi tersebut.
Dari dokumen presentasi inilah diketahui sejumlah nama yang menjadi anggota konsorsium dibawah koordinasi Aguan diantaranya adalah Anthony Salim (Salim Grup), Franky Wijaya (Sinarmas Grup), Pui Sudarto (Pulau Intan) dan Budi Hartono (Djarum Grup).
Selain itu tercatat ada juga Wiliam Katuary (Wings Grup), TP. Rahmat dan Boy Thohir (Adaro Grup), Prayogo Pangestu (Barito Pasific), Eko Tjandranegara (Mulia Grup) dan Soeryadjaya (Astra Grup).
